Family & Friends Camping Trip 8/23-8/25 (Drawing Information)

Oregon COAAST Network and Sammy’s Place is excited to go camping with our Family & Friends August 23- August 25, 2024. We have reserved 6 cabins and 7 campsites at Barview Jetty Camp ground, Tillamook County. Camping dates begin on Friday August 23 and end on Sunday August 25.
Space is limited, there will be a random drawing on Monday, June 3, 2024 at 10:00am PST for recipients of a cabin or a campsite. All entries must be received no later than Friday, May 31, 2024 by 5:00pm PST.
When registering please make sure to indicate if you would prefer to have a cabin or a campsite. One registration per person. Individual will be notified by email if their name is drawn for a cabin or campsite per their registered entry. Recipient of a cabin or a campsite will need to confirm with Sammy’s Place that the will attend no later than Friday, June 14, 2024. We understand that life happens, in the event that the recipient can not attend our camping days and will not be utilizing their rewarded spot, they must notify Sammy’s Place as soon as possible. If one or more than one recipient in a family unit is drawn, and they only need one or the other camping spaces, another recipient will be drawn and rewarded the space.
Each cabin can fit up to 6 people and campsites can fit one tent and one vehicle. All camping gear and necessary personal items are to be supplied by the recipient. Sammy’s Place is only providing the camp spaces. No bedding will be included if selected for a cabin and you must provide your own camping materials for campsites, etc. We recommend you visit the Barview Jetty Website to learn more about the campgrounds and what they offer. This drawing is for a FREE campsite only and weekend among friends at beautiful Barview park.
