Virtual Training: Understanding Behavior 5/21/26

Join an upcoming virtual training opportunity: Understanding Behavior: Tools for Positive Change on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 6:00–7:00 PM via Zoom.
This informative session will be presented by Raeanna Lyons, Behavior Specialist, and Stephanie Sullivan, Parent & Program Coordinator for Klamath County. Together, they will share practical strategies and insights to better understand behavior and support positive change.
Topics will include:
- Reducing challenging behaviors and increasing desired behaviors
- Understanding the function of behavior
- Identifying replacement behaviors
- Effective use of reinforcement
- Emotional regulation and co-regulation strategies
- Prompting and fading techniques
- Skill maintenance and generalization
This training is designed to provide families with helpful, real-world tools and strategies that can be applied in everyday situations.
